Computer Training
Computer based training, also known as CBT or eLearning, is fast becoming an important part of many businesses' software collection. These applications help employers to quickly, effectively and efficiently train and test new and existing employees on a wide variety of topics. These applications can also be delivered over the internet, and would then be referred to as web-based-training, or WBT.
Training software should provide an easy to use framework for providing and tracking employee training, skills and certifications.

These browser-based applications are easily configured and modified, so that each buyer can have the application configured to their own specifications. Some areas where computer training can be applied would include job training, safety training, ISO training and OSHA training as well as many other areas. These browser-based computer training sysems can highly automate training efforts, and even generate automatic reports which allow employees to view and sign up for available training sessions.
Computer training offers high return on investment, due to the labor intensiveness of traditional training methods compared to the comuter based model.
